The X Center

Today we decided to go zorbing at a place called the X Center. Zorbing is when you get in a giant inflatable ball then you roll down a hill into the water then you roll in it like a hamster until you get to shore. So when we got there and got in the giant ball they started to strap me in with dad. I got strapped in the bottom but dad needed to get strapped in to so they rolled it so I was on the roof and dad got strapped in then we were ready. The person there pushed us down a little ramp and down we went. I couldn’t tell which was up and which was down. But when we hit the water I could finally see straight we unstrapped ourselves and almost fell into the one of the holes in the side. After that we started to roll back to shore when it rolled on its side and dumped Dad in the water ☺. After that we went into the building again and decided to go on a dune buggy (I wanted to do the go carts but we can do those anywhere) so we get in one and start on the trail. It is really really bumpy and I keep hitting my head on the back of my seat and finally after an hour of torturing the helmet we pulled back in and went back once again into the X Center. I kept telling dad he should go bungy jumping and finally he said he would. When we get out to the tower (which is 50 M) dad asks if I want to go. This took a bit of thinking but after about five minuets I decide I would do it with him. They wrap cloth around your feet super tight and it started to cut of the circulation to my feet. But when I gat up there and I look down I realized how much higher it looked from up there. So before I can think about it too much I grab dad and we jump (if you want to see a video there is one on dads blog). And when the bungy cord starts to pull you back up and you realize your not going to fall to your death it’s really fun and even though my legs were going numb it WAS the only thing keeping me from falling to my death so I would take the pain any day. After we were lowered down we got a certificate and then we went to the shooting range. That only lasts about 10 minuets so then we went to moms shopping for a jape budda for 2 hours then we head back to the hotel for a bit. After that we go out get some dinner then we came back watched a bit of TV then went to bed.

Poem

This is a poem I wrote in school today

The Color Blue

Blue is the color of the sun sparkling on a small speedy fish, it is the color of a great wavey ocean, blue is the sound of a blue jay chirping to it’s eggs, blue is the sky on a cool summer day, blue is a Pattern on a quilt on a bed, it is the cool shadow of of the sparkling snow, blue is the color of light spring flowers, blue is the color of hope burning through the night, blue is as sweet as sugar, it is The easiest to spot in a rainbow, blue is the wind on a clear prairie, it is the smell of damp flowers in meadow, blue is the color of freash ink on a piece of white paper, blue is the color of the moon on A clear winter night, blue is blue and no matter what kind, they are all the same too me.

The day after we went manta snorkeling we went snorkeling with the dolphins. it started out the same but it changed after it started. When we found some we would get in the water we would swim with the dolphins until they swam of then we drove ahead of the dolphins then we would get in again. Most dolphins were in sleep mode so them wouldn’t play but they swam because they would turn of one part of there brain and leave on the other. Once the dolphins got very close to the surface and one swam inches from my mask. Once we swam over a coral reef and is was very pretty with the dolphins over the reef. This went on for 3 hours then we went back. On the way back we had muffins and soda.

Snow flakes
Don’t make a sound as they hit the ground
Covering anything it can touch
Till the ground is white

Hawaii

Sorry I didn’t blog about this earlier. But here is the dive with the mantas. To get out there we had to go on a half hour boat ride. Then we wait a bit and a person who will make a film of it talks about mantas. They are the biggest kind of Ray they have no stinger and no teeth. When we got in the water it is basically just floating and hanging on a raft of noodles and the the mantas go belly to belly to you. Some come 2 feet away and some think no I’ll go one foot and some even go in. From your face. I stayed in for an hour then we get out and head back.

Poem

Sadly, I lost my game on saturday but we have one more game

Irritation
Snappy to every word
Makes other people the same
Spreads very fast
