sunday

Today I got up at 7:45. Me and Teo went down stairs and watched some Simpsons. Then we had a piece of toast with butter and brown suger and a banana. We had to clean up my stuff after that because I had to leave in 15 min. At the last 5 min. we finished. We played dart tag with nerf guns. After I left I went home. Had a shower. And left. I was going climbing with Drew, Teo, and Aiden. It takes about an hour to get there so we got there at 12:30 and stayed till 3:00. I only did one rope climb. It was called ugly duckling. I think it was because the holds were bad. There was a really fun rout. it was a blue circuit. You had to go from the door to and under cling. I got it on my first try but it hurt. The reason was because there were sharp holds on the wall. I did that for two and a half hours then left. When i got home I ate dinner and played on the computer. Then i played clue with mom and dad.

  1. Is Teo a new friend? I haven’t heard you talk about him before. Sounds like you had a fun week end with him and you other friends. Ugly Duckling sounds ugly alright!! The blue circuit sounds cool!! Good for you getting it on your first try!!! Great having so many friends with the same interest!! Have you finished your painting for the auction? What is it?
How is Lacross going? Mom said there is a lot of games at different locations. I can hardly wait to see you play!!
Not long and you will be at the OLympics. The Olympic flame was carried through Peachland yesterday. Grandpa and I were there waving with red Olympic mittens that is about the extent of our excersie. haha Thank you for the blog love reading what is going on in your life!!! Hugs and kisses to all!!! gk

  2. i Nick!!
Sounds like you’ve been one busy boy. I’m glad you like lacrosse.
I haven’t heard you mention Teo before – is he a new friend? I’m guessing he plays lacrosse and you met him there. Sounds like you really enjoy climbing with your friends too. It just makes me tired reading your blog with all the news of what’s keeping you busy. I’m so happy for you that you have sooooooo many good friends. Gran and Gramps are keeping pretty busy over here in Bali. The only thing that’s not so nice is the heat and humidity. I thought we would be used to it by now – but not. The Balinese people are so friendly and helpful. Gramps enjoys watching the monkeys on our balcony every morning. They really are pretty cute. One snuck into the restaurant yesterday morning and stold some melon from the breakfast buffet!!! You would love watching them. Hope you have a fun weekend. You’ll have to blog and let us know what you did.
Hugs and kisses to you and all your family. Love you, Granny
